Meadow Ponds Assisted Living in Pierz, MN, is seeking a Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD); someone who is a motivated professional with strong leadership skills. You will exemplify these values and be willing to work hard on behalf of our residents, their families and our team members.

As the LALD, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a 20 unit assisted living facility. You will work closely with the Regional Manager and Nursing staff to oversee daily operations of the site. These duties include, but are not limited to, directing resident services, payroll, coordinating admission/discharge, staff scheduling, budget management, marketing, and staff supervision.

This is a Salaried, Full Time, On-Site Position. Wage will be dependent on experience.

*Note - due to new MDH license requirements, you will need at least 2 years of work experience in long-term care services with at least 1 year in a management/supervisory position (if you do not hold a college degree). If you are currently not a licensed Assisted Living Director, you will be required to apply for it upon hire (ALL expenses for this are paid by the company with a signed commitment and initial passing of the exams).*

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
