Rare Opportunity: General Sales Manager - Nucar Ford of Lebanon - Earn up to $200k+

What You'll Be Doing:

• Overseeing variable operations - yes, all of it: new cars, used cars, finance, and everything in between
• Driving the used car strategy , pricing, acquisition, and marketing like a boss
• Working hand-in-hand with our F&I team to maximize performance while keeping compliance locked in
• Coaching, developing, and motivating the sales crew to hit (and exceed) their goals
• Partnering with upper management to keep our operation sharp, profitable, and constantly improving
• Making sure every customer walks away feeling like they just got the VIP treatment - because they did

What You Bring to the Table:

• A deep, borderline-obsessive knowledge of all things variable ops
• Strong experience with used vehicle operations , including sourcing, merchandising, and turn strategies
• A firm grasp on finance and insurance management - you know how to structure a deal and build value
• Proven leadership skills - you know how to build a team , not just manage one
• A passion for the car business and a desire to win (without sacrificing integrity)
