Job Description

Overview:

Plans, directs, and coordinates activities pertaining to the construction, renovation, and maintenance of an assigned contract in accordance with company policies, contract documents and governmental regulations.

• Must be fluent or conversational in Spanish
• We do work such as new landscape installs, hardscapes, water features, retaining walls, irrigation installs, drainage systems. We work with hospitals, schools, parks, playgrounds, sport fields, apartments, warehouses, HOAs.
• Our Superintendents manage anywhere from 4-6 projects at a time. Our project sizes range from few hundred thousands to multi-million dollar projects.
• Must be able to read blueprints and need to have management experience preferably as a Project Manager or Superintendent.
• If you have been a foreman or assistant superintendent for a long time we might consider this as well.
• Schedule is M-F with Saturdays as needed. Crews roll out as early as 6:30AM and we try to have everyone back by 5PM.
• Role comes with a company vehicle, cell phone, laptop, PTO after 90 days (2 weeks)
