Building Maintenance Person / Groundskeeper
Part-Time Position - Seasonal
 

$17 - $18 per Hour Based on Experience

West Herr Automotive Group in Buffalo, NY needs to hire an enthusiastic part-time person (seasonal) to maintain the grounds of their facility, which will include general building and grounds maintenance and lawn cutting and trimming.   Responsibilities – Building Maintenance Person / Groundskeeper:

• General building and grounds maintenance
• Lawn cutting and trimming
• Watering where necessary
• Maintaining gardens and lawns, including planting, fertilizing, weeding, soil conditioning, mulching
• Operating and maintaining garden and landscaping equipment
• Other duties may be assigned

 

Requirements – Building Maintenance Person / Groundskeeper:

• Experience is a plus!
• Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods of time in all types of weather
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Good work ethic and attitude
• Good communication and customer service skills

• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
