Individual Contributor The Opportunity Join Adobe as a Business Continuity Analyst and be a key player in safeguarding our world-class brand and reputation! This role offers the chance to work closely with our Business Leadership on ambitious projects that improve the resiliency of critical business functions. Working with the Director of Enterprise Resilience, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and upgrading our business continuity management program.
What you'll Do Support the administration of Adobe’s Enterprise Resilience program, ensuring components like Business Impact Analysis, Risk Assessments, and recovery plans are flawless and meet business requirements.
Develop and deliver schedules and materials for Business Continuity training and awareness activities to ensure teams are proficient in implementing business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
Coordinate business continuity and disaster recovery exercises, including Walk-throughs and Remote Recovery scenarios.
Manage and coordinate content on the Business Continuity SharePoint and Intranet sites.
Ensure integration of new services into Adobe’s business continuity management program.
Contribute to strategy development and in-house training for business continuity initiatives.
Perform other activities as required to support business continuity.
What you need to succeed Demonstrable experience in business continuity planning spanning 5-10 years.
Good understanding of Financial, Audit, and Information Technology concepts.
Outstanding proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint).
Excellent analytical, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Experience in successfully working together with team members from different areas of the organization.
Strong administrative skills, including the ability to develop project plans and achieve target dates.
Productive great teammate with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred qualifications include an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience, professional designation (CBCP, MBCI), and experience in preparing for significant multi-site disruptive incidents.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $89,600 -- $184,900 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
