Job Description

This LPN role involves providing safe, efficient patient care through clinical and clerical duties, under the supervision of healthcare professionals.

• Responsibilities include direct nursing care, assisting with patient plans, performing phlebotomy, administering medications, and contributing to care plans with patients and families.
  
  
• Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, completion of an accredited LPN program, current state licensure, and BLS certification (preferred).
  
  
• One year of clinical experience is preferred; EPIC EHR and Basic Arrhythmia training are advantageous.
